NATAL LION PARK & ZOO LOCKDOWN The current situation with the Natal Lion Park Zoo is that there is no revenue coming in as there are NO TOURIST OR CUSTOMERS. They are taking strain financially. They have staff to pay, as well as feed the animals and upkeep with no monies coming in.  They rely on tourist and locals however that is not happening currently and I don't think they are the only ones that would need help.  I am asking the public out there if they could help in anyway please send me an email to propertybydesign75@gmail.com I would really appreciate it greatly.  Just a bit of background on myself. HOW MANY OUT THERE HAVE DONE SOMETHING ABOUT THERE LOCKDOWN SITUATION? Well I know I have I've learnt more about Facebook Business, Online Training and done various PowerPoint presentations for business when we open. Businesses need to start thinking out of the box instead of climbing into the box and closing it. Think of other ways to generate an income.You could be training your staff to do better. There are various areas that all staff could do better, in not so. Think people don't lie down and die. Think of ways to better your business and to bring more feet in your door. Lockdown should be about creating new ideas for businesses,when you open again. So what have you created? How are you going to motivate your staff? Create a positive atmosphere. WE ARE BUSY WITH A FEW DESIGNS FOR OWNERS  We have two in Durban Pietermaritzberg area: 1.The Natal Lion Park 2. Natal Zoo They are quiet close together so we will combined the two projects. There we will create Chalets for people to stay over. We will also have various fun events that will happen either at the Lion Park or the Zoo. We maybe even combined some events. We are also looking at building a conferen ce center, where we will combined the conferences with team building ideas. here we will have various packages for these. We will be building a new coffee shop restaurant as well as renovating the house at Zoo to a guest house. We are also looking at building an animal hospital for the Zoo, Lion Park and for the local community. This building will be double story. The top story will be given to an anti poaching unit for the Zoo and Lion Park. THIS BLOG GOES TO ALL THE LANDLORDS OUT THERE First I want to thank all the the Landlords out there, that have open there hearts to all the people renting from them. They understand the situation we are all in. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP. However there are still some Landlords that are not. These ones have informed the people renting from them, if they can't pay there rent then they must get out. They are only asking for help is this hard times. They will make up the rent in the months to follow.Have a heart, don't be this money grabbing tyrant. If it was me I would name and shame them on facebook so that no one rents from them again.But that's not me and you must live with yourself and remember kama happens to everyone. My Landlord is awsome and understands the situation and has accepted my arrangement to make it up again when we back at work. The property industry is taking a bit of a knock worldwide and South Africa is no exception. Agents earning a commission only will be the hardest hit, unless they think out the box and proceed with online marketing of some thoughts. Most of them might even have to declare bankruptcy. This could be a bad thing or a good thing whereby the good agents stay and the bad ones don't. The question is will this month of lockdown affect the credit ratings of buyers. I surely hope not. The other question is what is the Estate Agents Board doing to help agents in this lockdown period. I would guess and say nothing as they don't respond to emails or answer there phone generally.
